Join your Oakview Estates neighbors for a relaxing and fun evening with a glass of wine or soft drink. The HOA will provide light appetizers. Our events at the Blind Squirrel have been a great way to meet neighbors and enjoy time together. This evening will include conversations about HOA projects and events. Please join us!

Our spring 2025 newsletter presented several new projects and ideas for our residents to consider. These include:

We will have our first neighborhood-wide conversation about these projects and ideas at the upcoming Meet Up at the Blind Squirrel Winery on October 3. Hearing from and listening to as many neighbors as possible is imperative as we consider possibilities and move to next steps. Please refer to the spring newsletter for an overview of these projects, or send a message to email@oakviewsolon.org to request a digital copy. This certainly won’t be the only chance to be involved, but it’s a great starting point. See you at the Blind Squirrel!

Halloween Cider & Treat Stands

One of our most treasured neighborhood traditions is providing Apple Cider & Treat Stands throughout the neighborhood for Trick-or-Treaters (and parents, too!). The Homeowners’ Association will sponsor 6 to 8 stands throughout the neighborhood with apple cider and donut holes for all to enjoy.

We have most volunteers to host stands already, but if you would like to host a stand, please send a message to email@oakviewsolon.org.

As Halloween approaches, we will publish a map on this website showing the location of each of the stands. We will also email the map to all residents who have registered their email address(es) with the HOA.
